Miss Lees covered wearing lanyards and doing regular checks when devices are in use, posters up in class with OSC photo so everyone is aware who they are, being a listening ear for concerns or questions their peers may have, as well as being aware of things they feel shouldn’t be happening or being talked about in school. This is not ‘telling over,’ but ensuring everyone is safe.

When we are on Times Tables Rockstars, people spend more time dressing up the character than doing times tables. Agreed action that OSC’s should remind their peers what they should be doing, and inform classroom staff when they see this happening.
