    Agenda:

    1. Are there any worries, concerns or questions from classes?

No. People are following teacher’s instructions on what websites and apps to go on. Some people still have group chats and can be mean on them.

    1. What messages would we like to give to our friends and families about staying safe online over the summer holidays?

Don’t accept people you don’t know.

Don’t send bad messages because they stay on the internet and lots of people can see them.

None of us are old enough to use social media. We should only use text messages.

Maybe parents could look for a kids messages apps.

Parents need to monitor their children’s phones.

Parents should follow age ratings on apps and games.

Don’t get involved if people are being mean on group chats. If people are being mean or inappropriate, leave the chat.

Action: These ideas to be shared on whole school dojo.

    1. Certificates given out to all Online Safety Champions for helping their peers stay safe online this year.
