Who Are We?

Every class has a reader leader who was voted for by their classmates because of their enthusiasm for reading. The children have the very important job of raising the profile of reading in their class and across school. The reader leaders meet with Mrs Cunningham and Mrs Holdsworth to complete a variety of reading-based tasks. This year they are going to focus on helping the Brunshaw community to celebrate 2026 - The National Year of Reading.

They have been chosen by their classmates for showing a keen interest in and enthusiasm for reading, and are hoping to spread their love of books around the school.
