Agenda: 

1. Miss Lees asked if each class discussed, signed and displayed the pupil’s version of the Acceptable Use Policy. Each child confirmed this and some shared how their teachers had explained the policy and the different ways they had shown their agreement (finger prints, signatures, personalised leaf shapes)  
2. Miss Lees asked if the children had any concerns regarding the use of the internet in their classrooms. Some KS2 pupils shared concerns that their classmates occasionally used sites and apps other than those they had been directed to use. As a group, we discussed ways to stop this from happening. These included: 
   • Alerting an adult in class 
   • Reiterating the importance of the Acceptable Use Policy and the consequences of it being broken 
   • Speaking to Mr Jarvis about blocking certain websites and apps from the school network .
   • Miss Lees said she would pass this on to the rest of the staff. 
3. The children were given their Online Safety Champion badges and had their photograph taken as a group for the school website.
