Meeting Agenda

1. Mrs Cunningham showed the children the two potential designs for the library. The children voted for the one that they preferred. 4/13 chose the design form Peters – they liked the irregular table shapes and felt that it was more suited to older children. 8/13 preferred the design form Incube – the children liked the bright colours and the unusual furniture such as the archway.
2. Mrs Cunningham told the children about the fundraising that had already happened and that was planned. The children suggested other ways of raising money:
   1. Toy sale
   2. Singing/talent contest
   3. Book sale
   4. School play
   5. Mud run
   6. Colouring competiton
   7. Cake sale
   8. Sponsored read

Mrs Cunningham will discuss these ideas with Mrs Smith and will plan an event      for the spring term.
